Rooftop Moss
This is a view of rooftop Moss growing during the late but bountiful rainy season in San Francisco during late February and early March.  Notice how engourged the cells appear to be from days of gentle, soaking rain.  This rain brought the San Francisco Bay Area to the first normal rainfall year following two years of drought.  A City Birds digital photo.
