Indian Summer in San Francisco came to an end Thanksgiving Day -- the last Thursday in November.  Now, as we enter Winter 2005 holidays, we are featuring some of the beauty of Golden Gate Park's Conservatory of Flowers and the surrounding gardens.  These pictures were taken the end of July 2005 on a typical Summer day in the City -- the morning overcast with a bit of fog in the air, humidity clinging to the flowers and leaves, creating colors of garish beauty.  Included is a large set of Winter Twilight pictures.  Gallery Twenty-eight was first published December 14, 2005 by City Birds.
