July 22, 2010 -- Duluth Minnesota and San Francisco have many similarities. Both are hilly cities and both are near cold bodies of water -- San Francisco enjoys the cold Pacific and Duluth enjoys cold Lake Superior.
Duluth has snow in the winter. San Francisco has cold Spring/Summer weather with Duluth averaging temperatures five to 25 degrees warmer than San Francisco from late Spring to early Autumn.
